Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.
(2 Cor 9:7)

givingOne of the most common commandments in the Bible is generosity. God reminds us to give generously out of gratitude for all that we have first received: “Give to them as the Lord your God has blessed you. Remember that you were slaves in Egypt and the Lord your God redeemed you” (Deut 15:14-15). We are to give God the firstfruits of our labor, known as a tithe. This shows God that we recognize that all things come from him and belong to him.

At Peace we believe in being good stewards of all that God has given us: our money, our time, our families, our environment, and our church.

You may give to Peace in several ways:

1. Place your offering in the offering plate during one of our services.
2. Sign up for automatic withdrawal through the Church Office.
3. Donate online, using your credit card, by clicking this link. (You'll be connected to our new PeaceUMCGiving web site to complete your donation or payment.)

For some time, we have been using an automatic withdrawal method that is an Electronic Funds Transfer through Vanco.  To participate in this method, print out this PDF form, complete the information requested, and return the form to the church office.
